Register for social insurance.

2, fill in the "Beijing social insurance unit information registration form" (in duplicate), fill in the sample form;

Note: 1. Three working days after submitting the above information, the company can check the social insurance registration number in the online office area of the website of Chaoyang Social Security Center.

2. After finding the social security registration certificate number, press the button to proceed to the second step.

Second step

Handle unit personnel insurance.

Handling department: registration office, windows 23 to 28 (queuing for handling)

1. Hold the original Information Registration Form of Social Insurance Units in Beijing and a copy of the Power of Attorney for Special Entrusting Collection in Beijing.

2. Enter the company and personal information in the Medical General Enterprise Edition and import it into the USB flash drive.

Submit forms: Beijing social insurance personal information registration form, Beijing social insurance participant increase form, copy of the first page and personal page of the new insured person's household registration book, and copy of ID card; Two one-inch bareheaded color photos.

Third step

Get social insurance registration certificate and password

Handling Department: Window 30 of Registration Department

1. Get the password: After the new insured unit completes the second step on the same day, it will receive the online declaration password of the unit with the Monthly Report of Beijing Social Insurance Payment issued by the business personnel of the Social Security Center.

2. Receiving social security: After the insured unit pays the social insurance premium, it will receive the original "Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form" and the payment receipt of medical care and four insurances last month (the receipt specially authorized by the same city) or the financial receipt of the social security center. Note: The password is used to handle the collection business again (online business declaration such as online reservation and number taking, personnel increase or decrease, payment, etc.).

Tip:

1. When handling the first step, the new insured unit can bring a USB flash drive with a memory of 1G or more to the counter designated by the registration department to copy the operating program software required for medical insurance procedures (or download it from Chaoyang Social Security Network). Before going through the second step, you need to sign a power of attorney for entrusted collection and payment with the reporting bank in the Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form.

2. A foreign-invested enterprise shall provide a copy of the approval certificate; Foreign-funded branches must carry a copy of the approval certificate of the head office (stamped with the official seal of the head office)

3. All branches must provide power of attorney. Power of attorney format: XXX Company Beijing Branch is a branch of XXX Company established in Beijing, and our company entrusts XXX Company Beijing Branch to handle social insurance related matters for employees working in Beijing. The power of attorney must be stamped with the official seals of the head office and branches (fax and copy are invalid).

4. All the above statements and copies of the company's materials must be stamped with the official seal of the company, and the copies of the submitted materials are A4 specifications; If you need to fill it out by hand, you must fill it out with a black pen or a signature pen.
