Legal analysis: the process of handling social security surrender procedures;

(1) The insured person shall submit to the labor department of the last insured unit the certificate of going abroad to settle down, a copy of the certificate of cancellation of household registration of the public security organ, and the review of surrender;

(2) The person in charge of labor and capital of the unit shall print the one-time declaration form for individual payment of personal account of endowment insurance (in triplicate) with the proof of overseas residence of the insured, the copy of the household registration verification certificate of the public security organ and the application for surrender in the social security hall in Room 2 17;

(3) The person in charge of labor and capital of the unit shall submit the one-time declaration form and receipt of individual payment for individual account of endowment insurance to the social security finance desk in the government affairs open hall, and issue a transfer check;

(4) The insured person goes to the unit to receive the returned social security fee (cash).

Legal basis: Article 7 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law. The administrative department of social insurance in the State Council is responsible for the national social insurance management, and other relevant departments in the State Council are responsible for the relevant social insurance work within their respective functions and duties. The social insurance administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall be responsible for the social insurance management within its administrative area, and other relevant departments of the local people's government at or above the county level shall be responsible for the relevant social insurance work within their respective functions and duties.
