1. How to use the social security card:

(1) Go to the selected designated hospital;

(2) When registering, you must show your social security card and pay your own expenses in cash. The hospital will issue bills for the insured;

(3) When going to the clinic, show the doctor the social security card;

(4) When paying fees, the social security card and payment documents shall be handed over to the settlement personnel, and the part paid by individuals and at their own expense shall be paid;

(5) After finally getting the settlement documents, carefully check the contents on the documents and recover the social security card.

2. Legal basis: Article 16 of the Measures for the Administration of Social Security Cards of the People's Republic of China.

Provincial, prefecture-level human resources and social security departments that are allowed to issue social security cards should formulate clear rules for the application and management of social security cards, and announce them to the public through express delivery in service places and publicity on government websites. The social security card application management program shall include the following contents:

(a) the function and purpose of the social security card;

(two) the issuance, application conditions and application procedures of social security cards;

(three) the scope of use of social security cards (including use restrictions), the use period and the use method;

(four) the procedures for reporting the loss and reissue the social security card after it is damaged or lost;

(five) the rights and obligations of the card issuer, the cardholder and other relevant parties.

1, call the 24-hour service hotline 96102;

2. Report the loss in writing in advance and bring my ID card to the nearest social security card service outlet;

3. Self-service pre-loss reporting, self-service operation is completed at the social security card service outlets on the electronic touch screen or the nearest hospital.
