How do foreign people carry out social security certification?

Dear you (1), the insured who has settled or lived abroad can provide the Pension Qualification Examination Form issued by the Consulate of China in that country for authentication. (2) Insured persons who have settled in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan provinces shall provide certificates, transcripts of household registration and other materials issued by Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions, Macao Federation of Trade Unions, Taiwan Province Provincial Civil Affairs Department or local impartial organs, and send copies of relevant materials and valid identity documents back to the social security agencies where they receive treatment for certification.
