The medical expenses that cannot be paid by credit card when the insured person seeks medical treatment due to delays in registration and collection of premiums, etc., shall be paid with the payment voucher signed and stamped by the local tax department; and in case of delays in the production of the social security (medical insurance IC) card, the payment voucher and proof of payment of the individual shall be signed and stamped by the card-making department of the social security institution, with the payment voucher and proof of personal payment by the local tax department, and the card shall be signed and stamped by the social security institution.
