Social insurance public service

Social security system refers to the sum of all organic components of social security that are interrelated and complementary. China's social security system includes social insurance, social welfare, social assistance and social special care.

The social public service system basically includes public education, public health, public culture and other social undertakings, as well as the construction of public products and facilities such as public transportation and public communication, and also includes the construction of public systems such as social employment, social distribution, social security, social welfare and social order needed to solve people's survival, development and maintenance of social stability.

Thus, the scope of social public service system is wider, which includes social security system, and social security system is only a part of social public service system.
