That makes perfect sense. The part of the company is not yours. You only know one thing about the labor law, and you don't know anything else. The interests taken out of context are tilted towards themselves.

The company handled this problem according to the Social Labor Security Law, and there is nothing wrong with it. According to the regulations, as long as you surrender, only the funds in your personal account will be returned, and this part is paid by you. Needless to say, if you give a personal account, that is, a person who pays social security at his own expense in full, as long as he surrenders, he will only return it to his personal account, which is even more unacceptable to you.

Because this part of the whole has entered the labor insurance fund, as long as no one can take it out, this is an irresistible law. Insurance is the welfare of the insured unit.
