2. Anyone who meets the requirements can apply for personal medical insurance, but the medical insurance application process of different personnel is different, and some corresponding documents and materials need to be provided;

3. Individuals should have complete personnel files, and individuals can go to the local social security center with their own files;

4. If the unit where the individual worked before has provided personal medical insurance, you only need to issue a certificate to prove that the labor relationship has been terminated, and then you can go to the social security center with the relevant insurance materials.

To sum up, if employees and residents are insured at the same time after work, if they choose to keep employee medical insurance at this time, they can return the ineffective resident medical insurance next year.
