Medicare card password: If the insured employee changes his/her password, he/she can call the phone number to change it, or go to the savings office of BOC with his/her ID card to change it. If the insured employee forgets the password, he/she can go to the savings office of BOC with his/her ID card to lose the original password and change the password.

Storage of medical insurance card: insured employees should keep their medical insurance cards properly. If they lose their cards, please go to the unit immediately to issue a letter of proof and go to the medical insurance office to confirm the seal, then go to the savings office of BOC with their ID cards to register the loss of the card and go through the procedure of replacing the card, and then they can get a new card after 7 days.

Note: When the number of transactions on the medical insurance card reaches 60, the insured employee must go to the savings office of BOC to print the transaction record, otherwise, the use of the card will be stopped. After the transaction records are printed, the card can continue to be used.

At the pharmacy, 100% of the cost is borne by oneself, and hospitalization is the only way to enjoy the reimbursement rate (it must also be within the scope of medical insurance).

Legal basis

The People's Republic of China*** and the State Social Insurance Law Article 23 Employees shall participate in the basic medical insurance for employees, and shall pay the basic medical insurance premiums by the employing unit and the employees in accordance with the state regulations*** together.
