Personnel files are not directly related to social security, but indirectly related.

1. Another function of the personnel case is that when the personnel department goes to social security to handle the formal retirement procedures of employees, the labor bureau should review the age and working years of employees and calculate the length of service. Length of service has a certain influence on retirement salary.

In short, personnel files must follow their own work units, or be stored in the local talent market archives management bureau, and its role cannot be ignored.
