Treatment conditions:

China citizens living in China, residents of Hongkong and Macao Special Administrative Regions, residents of Taiwan Province Province and foreigners who are employed in China or participate in social insurance.

Handling materials:

1. ID card. Foreigners or compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who apply for business can use passports or residence permits.

2 Hubei social security card application form (can be collected and filled in on site)

3. ID card photo (can be taken on the spot)

4. Other materials (ID card and household registration book) that need to provide power of attorney and guardian's identity certificate, such as minors applying for social security cards, must also be submitted. The original is used for on-site inspection, and the copy is used for archiving.

Processing flow:

Citizens living in China can apply to Xiangyang Citizen Service Center (No.8 Zhongyuan West Road, Xiangyang High-tech Zone) with ID cards and other materials. Applicants need to bring their ID cards to the comprehensive service window to get their certificates. If handled by an agent, the original and photocopy of the agent's ID card shall be provided.

Take 10, 22, 69, 7 1, 532, 533, 534, 54 1, 542, 543, 547, G02 and other express lines in the city, get off at Baima Square (Citizen Service Center) on Changhong North Road and take Zizhen Park Road.

Take Bus No.38 and Bus No.65, get off at Hanjiang Road Citizen Service Center Station, walk 300 meters from Zizhen Park Road to the south gate of Citizen Service Center.

Take the bus 19, 543 and 547, get off at the citizen service center station, and walk west from Zhongyuan West Road 180 meters to the north gate of the citizen service center.
