After the emergency rescue, the medical insurance agency shall go through the reimbursement procedures according to the provisions with the hospital emergency medical records, inspections, laboratory tests, invoices and detailed list of medical expenses.

Can the emergency department be reimbursed?

It depends on the specific situation. Generally, outpatients cannot apply for medical insurance reimbursement after paying their own expenses, but hospitalization caused by emergency can generally be reimbursed after paying their own expenses.
