Applications for financial and social security cards shall be issued within 20 working days from the date of accepting the application.

If the cardholder needs to change the issuing bank of the financial social security card, he shall go through the cancellation procedures at the original issuing bank of the financial social security card, withdraw the balance of the personal financial account of the original financial social security card, and the original financial social security card shall be recovered and destroyed by the original issuing bank. Then go to the newly selected cooperative bank to apply for social security card, and bear the cost of business card printing.

The validity period of the financial social security card is tentatively set at ten years, and the starting date is the date of issuance on the card face.
