For foreign children who want to buy social insurance in Dongguan, they can pay according to law as long as the parties are willing. In addition, if a party establishes a labor relationship with the employer, the employer shall handle social insurance registration for its employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.
