How to reissue the social security card if it is lost?

We usually bring social security cards, but they are also easy to lose. I believe that many friends have lost their social security cards! Therefore, we must take good care of the social security card. If it is unfortunately lost, you can reissue it according to the following procedures:

1. Its card-issuing bank applies for a replacement card at any branch in our city.

2. After accepting the application for replacement card, the cardholder shall pay the corresponding social security card fee and receive the payment voucher.

3. The staff of the outlet shall go through the formalities for confirming the replacement card.

4. After accepting the card replacement business for 30 working days, the cardholder will collect the card from the service outlets with the original ID card and the application form for card replacement, and go through the card activation procedures at the same time.
