There are conflicts between rural social security and unit social security at the same time, which are embodied as follows:

1, rural social security is urban and rural endowment insurance, and the social insurance purchased by the company also includes basic endowment insurance, which cannot be paid at the same time;

2. The new rural social endowment insurance combines individual contributions, collective subsidies and government subsidies. If the company pays social security, then rural social security need not be paid. If you hand in both copies, you can only enjoy one of them. The social security paid by the company will enjoy retirement benefits in the future and the pension will be higher. Therefore, if you can go to the company to pay social security, don't go to rural social security;

3. At the same time, each insured person can only participate in one kind of social insurance, that is, under normal circumstances, those who have participated in social security for urban and rural residents at the same time can no longer pay social security for urban workers, and the two kinds of social security can not participate at the same time.

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Employees shall participate in the basic old-age insurance, and the employer and employees shall jointly pay the basic old-age insurance premium. Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance in the employer and other flexible employees can participate in the basic old-age insurance, and individuals pay the basic old-age insurance premium. The measures for the endowment insurance of civil servants and staff managed by reference to the Civil Service Law shall be formulated by the State Council.

The state establishes and improves the new rural social endowment insurance system. The new rural social endowment insurance combines individual contributions, collective subsidies and government subsidies.
