The information required to withdraw the housing provident fund is as follows:
1. Original and photocopy of my resident ID card;
2. Full property invoice or deed tax payment certificate;
3. The purchase contract registered by the real estate administrative department;
4. If there is no purchase contract, provide the house ownership certificate;
5. If the spouse meets the conditions for simultaneous extraction, the original and photocopy of the marriage certificate shall also be provided;
6. Family members who meet the conditions for simultaneous extraction shall also provide household registration books or other family relationship certificates.

"Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Administration of Housing Provident Fund" Article 24 If an employee is under any of the following circumstances, he can withdraw the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account:

(2) retirement;

If an employee dies or is declared dead, the employee's heirs and legatees may withdraw the storage balance in the employee's housing provident fund account; If there is no heir or legatee, the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account shall be included in the value-added income of the housing provident fund.
