How does your company pay social security?
The social security registration process of the company is as follows:
1, log on to the social security website;
2. Click "Online Registration of Newly Insured Enterprises";
3. Enter relevant registration information as required, and print the registration form for enterprises to participate in social insurance;
4. Submit the registration form and application materials to the collection window of social security agencies in the jurisdiction where the enterprise is located within 0/5 working days from the date of successful online application. If it is not handled within the time limit, the online declaration information will automatically become invalid, and the enterprise needs to declare again.
The information required by the company for social security registration is as follows:
1, original business license of the enterprise;
2, the original organization unified code certificate;
3. Original bank seal card or account opening permit or original bank certificate;
4. A copy of the company's ID card (stamped with the company's official seal);
5. The original ID card of the unit manager;
6. If the enterprise legal person or social security agent is a foreigner from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, it must provide the original valid certificate and entry certificate and provide a copy (with the official seal of the unit);
7.XX enterprise to participate in social insurance registration form (official seal of the unit).
Article 57 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of establishment, apply to the local social insurance agency for social insurance registration with the business license, registration certificate or unit seal. The social insurance agency shall, within fifteen days from the date of receiving the application, examine and issue the social insurance registration certificate.
Where the social insurance registration items of the employing unit are changed or the employing unit is terminated according to law, it shall, within 30 days from the date of change or termination, go to the social insurance agency to handle the change or cancellation of social insurance registration.
The market supervision and management department, the civil affairs department and the organization management organ shall promptly inform the social insurance agency of the establishment and termination of the employing unit, and the public security organ shall promptly inform the social insurance agency of the birth, death, household registration, migration and cancellation of the individual.
