Employees who enjoy maternity insurance benefits shall meet the following conditions:
1. The employer has paid more than 1 year for employees and continues to pay;
2, in line with national and provincial population and family planning laws and regulations.
The application procedures for maternity insurance benefits for employees shall be handled by the employer with the relevant certificates issued by the local township (street) population and family planning institutions to the local social insurance agency. Two, other maternity insurance reimbursement standards new provisions
(a) maternity insurance fund to compensate the unit in the form of maternity allowance.
The compensation standard is:
1. Female employees who have been pregnant for more than 7 months (including 7 months) or who have given birth prematurely for less than 7 months are entitled to maternity allowance for 3 months;
2, dystocia and cesarean section, increase the maternity allowance for half a month, multiple births, each additional baby, increase the maternity allowance for half a month;
3. Those who have miscarried or induced labor for more than 3 months but less than 7 months are entitled to 1.5 months, and those who have miscarried for pathological reasons within 3 months are entitled to 1 month. Maternity allowance is based on the average monthly payment salary of maternity insurance for female employees before prenatal or family planning operation 12 months.
Maternity allowance shall be paid in accordance with the provisions on maternity leave in the Special Provisions on Labor Protection of Female Workers. Female employees enjoy 98 days maternity leave; In case of dystocia, maternity leave shall be increased 15 days; For multiple births, the maternity leave will be increased by 1 5 days for each additional child. Female employees who miscarry less than 4 months after pregnancy are entitled to 15 days maternity leave; Abortion after 4 months of pregnancy is entitled to 42 days of maternity leave.
(two) maternal nutrition subsidies and perinatal health care subsidies. Female employees who meet the national regulations and enjoy maternity leave for more than 90 days (including 90 days) can enjoy maternity nutrition subsidies in 300 yuan and perinatal health care subsidies in 700 yuan.
(3) One-time maternity allowance: female employees who participate in maternity insurance in the unit are unemployed, and if they meet the family planning requirements during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, they can enjoy one-time maternity allowance: 2,400 yuan for miscarriage in 400 yuan, 4,000 yuan for multiple births due to dystocia, and 50% for male employees whose spouses are not included in maternity insurance and meet the family planning requirements.
(four) maternity allowance is compensated by the unit, and the basic salary, bonus and welfare expenses of the insured female employees during maternity leave are paid by the unit.
(5) The cost of family planning operation, including the cost of placing (taking out) IUD, induced abortion, induced labor, burying skin, sterilization and recanalization due to family planning needs, shall be included in the settlement scope of maternity insurance fund.
This provision fully reflects the rapid development of China's national strength. Maternity allowance, maternity medical expenses and expenses incurred by employees due to family planning operation in maternity insurance cover almost all the expenses needed in the process of childbirth, and can be reimbursed as long as they meet the reimbursement conditions. Therefore, even families with poor economic conditions do not have to worry about the cost of childbirth.
