I have worked in the company for three years, and now I am fired. The compensation made by the company is as follows: 1, the 3-month salary I paid to the customer; 2 for the parties to receive unemployment benefits procedures, receive unemployment benefits for 6 months; 3. If the company fails to pay social security for its customers, it shall pay them back.

The economic compensation shall be paid according to the standard of one month's salary for each full year of the employee's working years in the unit. For more than six months but less than one year, it shall be counted as one year; Less than six months, pay economic compensation for half a month's salary.

If the employer terminates or terminates the labor contract in violation of regulations, and the employee requests to continue to perform the labor contract, the employer shall continue to perform it. If the laborer does not request to continue to perform the labor contract or the labor contract cannot be continued, the employer shall pay compensation in accordance with the regulations.

If a labor relationship has been established and a written labor contract has not been concluded at the same time, a written labor contract shall be concluded within one month from the date of employment. If the employer and the employee conclude a labor contract before employment, the labor relationship shall be established from the date of employment.

Article 40 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) is under any of the following circumstances, the employer may terminate the labor contract after notifying the employee in writing 30 days in advance or paying the employee an extra month's salary:

(1) The employee is sick or injured non-work-related, and cannot engage in the original job or other jobs arranged by the employer after the prescribed medical treatment period expires;

(two) the laborer is not competent for the job, and he is still not competent for the job after training or adjusting his post;

(3) The objective conditions on which the labor contract was concluded have changed greatly, which makes it impossible to perform the labor contract, and the employer and the employee cannot reach an agreement on changing the contents of the labor contract through consultation.

Article 44 A labor contract shall be terminated under any of the following circumstances:

(a) the expiration of the labor contract;

(4) The employing unit is declared bankrupt according to law;
