Apply for three-year social security certificate in different places

Non-registered residents who are employed in different places may need to provide proof of social insurance for more than one year if they can apply for passports in different places. To issue a social security certificate, you only need to go to the social security bureau to print the social security payment flow and stamp it, and you don't need to pay any fees.

The qualifications for applying for a passport in a different place are as follows:

1. Non-registered spouses of registered residents and1children under 6 years old.

2. Non-registered residents (who have paid social insurance continuously for more than one year) and their spouses (who have lived for half a year) and children under the age of 16 who are employed locally.

3. Non-registered college students studying in local universities and their spouses (who have lived for half a year) and1children under the age of 6.

4. Non-registered elderly people over 60 years old (inclusive).

5. Non-registered residents who have lived in the local area for half a year can apply for the renewal and replacement of ordinary passports.

The cities that can handle foreign passports are: Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Hohhot, Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun, Harbin, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Hefei, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Nanchang, Jinan, Qingdao, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanning, Haikou, Chongqing, Chengdu and Guiyang.

The application materials required for handling foreign passports generally include:

1. application form for entry and exit documents of China citizens;

2. My household registration book (home page, my page, change page);

3. My second-generation resident identity card;

4. Effective temporary (residence) residence permit for employed persons;

5. The spouse of the employed person must also submit proof of kinship (such as marriage certificate, household registration book indicating kinship, kinship certificate issued by the local police station and other legal and valid certificates that can prove kinship) and proof of residence for more than 6 months (including residence permit and temporary residence permit) issued by the local public security organ;

6. Other materials deemed necessary by the exit-entry administrative department of public security;

7. When applying for a new passport, the original passport must be submitted.
