Personal information entry operation:

When the insured company has new employees or transferred personnel, it can enter the basic information management → personal information entry → select the company name in the enterprise software → there are three tabs to be entered separately (i.e. general information of five insurances, proprietary information of four insurances and proprietary information of medical treatment) → save (without printing the Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form) → increase the number of employees. Special note:

1. When entering the item "declare monthly salary income", please pay attention to the salary income of the insured in the first month after employment.

2. Please enter the transferred personnel according to the information in Beijing Medical Insurance Manual.

3. Please enter the "Report Print" module in the software and print out the "Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form" after completing the recruitment operation.

After entering personal information, the insured company enters the enterprise software: personal change registration → adding personnel → determining the unit to add personnel → inquiring → checking the personnel to be added in the ID of adding personnel → setting the reasons for individuals to pay four insurances and medical care respectively → clicking Settings → adding personnel (print: Beijing social insurance insured personnel increase table) → providing information links.
