If the social security card is lost and needs to be reissued: after the social security card is lost, call 96888 to report the loss.

If you lose the new version of Shenzhen Occupational Disability Certificate, you need to bring the standard photo, the original ID card and a copy to the Social Security Bureau to apply for a replacement card; If the old version of Shenzhen Employee Social Insurance Card is lost, you need to submit the digital photo receipt of Shenzhen Labor Security Card printed at the photo point before you can reissue the card.

Within the Special Zone (that is, employees who leave the customs surrender their insurance): employees who are insured by the employing unit or who pay social security in the form of individual contributions in the Special Zone, the settlement and refund (transfer) of social insurance premiums are handled in the Social Security Personal Service Center.
