Employees can pay social security in the new unit when the original unit stops insurance. If the original unit has not stopped insurance, it is impossible to pay social security fees. It is not directly related to whether the company issues a refund order to employees. In the same overall planning area, employees can only pay social security in one unit. Without the surrender of the original unit, the new unit cannot pay. If this happens, employees should find the original unit to deal with it in time.

Legal basis:

Article 50 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * The employing unit shall issue a certificate of dissolution or termination of the labor contract at the time of dissolution or termination, and go through the formalities of transferring the relationship between files and social insurance for the employee within 15 days.
