Is social security deducted from the minimum wage?

Legal analysis:

Not all companies do not sign, only irregular companies do not sign. Many sales categories don't have a basic salary, so it can maximize the company's interests to get a commission according to the sales performance, but it doesn't conform to the provisions of the Labor Law, which stipulates that employers must sign labor contracts, and the wages paid by employers to workers shall not be lower than the local legal minimum wage, and employers must also handle various social insurances for workers. Companies don't sign contracts, generally to avoid paying social security funds and minimum wages, which is beneficial to the company, but it obviously violates the legitimate rights of workers and the rigid provisions of the law, and the employer should be punished accordingly.

Legal basis:

People's Republic of China (PRC) labor contract law
