The medical insurance card can be applied to the local social security bureau or handled by the work unit.

1. For those who have already joined the work, the employer will generally handle social security for them. Therefore, as long as the relevant information is submitted according to the requirements of the employer, the employer will handle it on its behalf, and then receive the social security card/medical insurance card after the business card is printed.

General social security cards/medical insurance cards are issued to employees after the unit takes them back to the unit, and employees can also bring their ID cards to the designated place to collect them (the collection place will be reminded by SMS, or you can ask the employer for the card collection place).

2. Flexible employees who pay social security for flexible employment can bring their valid identity documents to the local social security service center to apply for social security cards/medical insurance cards.
