When will Beijing hukou be required to be insured by the state?

Beijing hukou has no compulsory social security regulations.

According to the national labor law, regular units should provide social security for employees (regardless of the place of residence, urban residence or rural residence). As long as it is a regular unit, it should provide social security for employees (it should work legally in Baidu). There is a mandatory law.

Individuals without a unit may not go to social security, and those without a unit who want to go to the household registration can go to the household registration to save files, or go to the street social security office of the household registration to go to urban residents' social security.

Farmers themselves can go to the village to apply for rural social security.
