Does social security transfer include medical insurance?

Medical insurance and social security must be transferred across provinces and cannot be separated.

1. Social insurance is a general term for endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insurance and maternity insurance.

2. If the social security is transferred, the five social security items will be transferred together, and there is no case where only one of them is transferred.

The social security agency of the original insured place shall go through the transfer formalities within/0/5 working days from the date of receiving the Contact Letter for the Transfer and Continuation of Basic Medical Insurance Relationship, print the Basic Medical Insurance Certificate and the Information Form for the Change of Medical Insurance Types of Insured Persons, and transfer the payment period of employee medical insurance together with the personal account balance to the social security agency of the new employment place.
