The old-age insurance file does not match the name of the ID card.

Hello! Identity cards and social security cards are important personal information. If there are any differences, please revise them as soon as possible. The following are the relevant regulations:

(1) If the insured holds the second-generation ID card and the original ID card to apply for changing his name, but the ID number remains unchanged, he shall fill in the XXX social insurance information change declaration form, and provide a written statement of the insured's change and a social security card. Submit a copy of the above information (original inspection).

(2) If the insured holds a second-generation ID card and a household registration book, which recorded his previous name, and now applies for changing his name, but his ID number remains unchanged, he shall fill in the XXX social insurance information change declaration form, and provide the written statement and social security card of the insured. Submit a copy of the above information (original inspection).

(3) The insured holds the original ID card and applies for correcting homophones and uncommon words in his name, but the ID card number remains unchanged, he shall fill in the XXX social insurance information change declaration form, and provide a written statement of the insured's name change and a social security card. Copy of the above information (original inspection)

(4) If the insured holds a non-second-generation ID card to apply for changing his name, but the ID number remains unchanged, he should fill in the XXX Social Insurance Participation Information Change Declaration Form, and provide the change certificate of the public security department where the household registration is located, the written statement of the insured person's change, and the social security card. Submit a copy of the above information (original inspection).

(5) If the insured changes his name and ID number at the same time, he/she shall fill in the XXX Social Insurance Participation Information Change Declaration Form, and provide the second-generation ID card, the change certificate of the public security department where the household registration is located, the written statement of the insured person's change, and the social security card. Submit a copy of the above information (original inspection).

(6) Borrowing or stealing someone else's ID card for insurance, and now applying for changing the name, it will not be handled. According to the provisions of Article 29 of the Implementation Measures, the principal of compensation will be returned to the enterprise and myself respectively according to the original proportion of compensation.
