Tianjin housing purchase policy

1. Taking the family as a unit, in other districts of Tianjin except Binhai New Area, Tianjin household registration (including collective household registration) is restricted to purchase the third house.

2. Foreign household registration and adult singles (including unmarried and divorced) are restricted from buying a second house.

3. Binhai New Area is not limited to purchase.

4. Tianjin foreign household registration must provide proof of continuous payment of social insurance or personal income tax for more than 2 years within 3 years in this city.

Conditions for foreigners to buy a house in Tianjin

1. Non-Tianjin registered households who can provide accumulated personal income tax payment certificate or social insurance payment certificate in Tianjin 1 year are qualified for foreigners to buy houses in Tianjin, and 1 house (including newly-built commercial houses and second-hand houses) is limited.

2. Non-Tianjin registered households who own 1 set or more houses, and Tianjin registered households who cannot provide personal income tax payment certificate or social insurance payment certificate accumulated in Tianjin 1 year, should suspend the sale of houses to them. In violation of the provisions of the purchase, not for real estate registration.

Provisions of Tianjin Municipality on Household Registration and Purchase of Houses

(a) Tianjin household purchase:

1, Tianjin household registration (including collective household registration, excluding blue-printed household registration, the same below), and families without houses under their names (including divorced minor children, the same below) can buy 2 houses in the six districts of the city, the four districts of the city and the five districts of the outer suburbs; Binhai new area is not limited to purchase.

2. Tianjin registered families who already own a house can buy 1 house in six districts of the city, four districts around the city and five districts in the outer suburbs; Binhai new area is not limited to purchase.

3. Families who are registered in Tianjin and have two or more houses under their names can only buy houses in Binhai New Area.

4. Adult singles (including unmarried, divorced, childless, the same below) who have no housing under the name of Tianjin household registration can buy 1 apartment in the six districts of the city, the four districts around the city and the five districts in the outer suburbs; Binhai new area is not limited to purchase.

5. Adult singles with Tianjin household registration and existing houses under their names can only buy houses in Binhai New Area.

(two) Tianjin foreign household registration:

1, foreign household registration, no social security or tax payment certificate in Tianjin/social security or tax payment certificate does not meet the requirement of "continuous payment for two years in the last three years". No matter whether a family, a single person or a house without a house, they can't buy a house in Tianjin.

2. Families and individuals who are registered in other places, have paid social security or tax certificates in Tianjin for two consecutive years in the past three years, and have no housing under the name of Tianjin can buy 1 apartment in the six districts of the city, the four districts of the city and the five districts of the outer suburbs; Binhai new area is not limited to purchase.

3. Families and individuals who are registered in other places, have paid social security or individual tax certificates in Tianjin for two consecutive years in the past three years, and have houses under the name of Tianjin can only buy houses in Binhai New Area.
