1. According to other provisions in Article 10 of Hanglao Social Insurance [2005] 197, individual workers who participate in the basic old-age insurance can pay back the payment of the basic old-age insurance in the current year, or within 3 months (inclusive) in the new year.

Article 9 of the Regulations on Endowment Social Insurance. [2005] 197 stipulates that if individual workers (including individual industrial and commercial households who participate in social insurance in the form of units, the same below) continuously interrupt payment for three months, their participation in basic medical insurance will be regarded as interruption, and the basic medical insurance premium will not be paid during the interruption period. Individual workers who participate in social insurance, the object of participating in basic medical insurance is limited to non-agricultural household registration personnel in Hangzhou city.
