Payment standard of medical insurance for flexible employees in Kunming

1. In 2024, the individual payment standard of ordinary people who participated in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Kunming was 380 yuan.

2. For unstable poverty-stricken households, marginal poor households and sudden severe hardship households included in the poverty prevention monitoring of the Ministry of Rural Revitalization, according to the standard of 180 yuan per person per year, the individual payment standard is 200 yuan; Poor households who are not included in the monitoring object of rural revitalization department to prevent poverty from returning to poverty shall participate in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents according to the quota standard of 90 yuan per person per year, and the individual payment standard is 290 yuan.

3. Urban and rural residents, poor elderly people and minors over the age of 60 from low-income families shall participate in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in 2024 in accordance with the Notice of Yunnan Provincial Medical Security Bureau on Further Improving the Work of Urban and Rural Medical Assistance in Yunnan Province (No.Yun Medical Insurance [20 19] 128), with a fixed subsidy per person per year 120 yuan and individual contributions.
