6. For demobilized military cadres and retired soldiers who plan to be assigned to work in government agencies and institutions, the basic old-age insurance for retired soldiers will be transferred to the social insurance agencies in charge of the basic old-age insurance for government agencies and institutions at or above the county level in the resettlement areas.

Seven, soldiers discharged from active service, by the financial department of the soldier's unit according to the military retirement order, submitted to the resettlement department of demobilized military cadres or the competent department for the resettlement of retired soldiers, and the military department of the commander's organ or the cadre department of the political organ of the unit above the corps level.

Social insurance agencies receive payment vouchers and information forms mailed by the military financial department, and establish personal accounts for basic old-age insurance for retired soldiers after verifying that the funds received are correct. Ex-servicemen shall promptly go to the social insurance agency at or above the county level to handle the procedures for the continuation of the old-age insurance relationship.

Measures for retired soldiers to participate in social security for urban residents;

Soldiers who participate in the basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents after retiring from active service shall be kept by the social insurance agencies in the resettlement areas and bear interest according to regulations. After reaching the statutory retirement age of the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees, the procedures for connecting the urban and rural old-age insurance system shall be handled in accordance with state regulations.

Soldiers who have participated in the basic old-age insurance before joining the army, their basic old-age insurance relationship and corresponding funds will not be transferred to the army, and the social insurance agency in the original insured place will issue the certificate of insurance payment and hand it over to me, and keep all the insurance payment records.

The soldier himself will submit the payment voucher issued by the social insurance agency of the original insured place to the financial department of the unit where the soldier works for the record. When a soldier retires from active service, the basic old-age insurance relationship of his retired dependents shall be returned to him. Soldiers who continue to participate in the basic old-age insurance after retiring from active service shall continue the basic old-age insurance relationship in accordance with state regulations.

Demobilized military cadres who choose their own jobs are discharged from active service, and the people's government of the place where they are resettled will issue a monthly retirement fee. When retiring from active service, the basic old-age insurance subsidy for retired soldiers will not be given.

The financial department of the unit where the soldier belongs shall, in accordance with the method of participating in the basic old-age insurance of government agencies and institutions, issue a salary base table for demobilized military cadres who choose their own jobs (see Annex 3) and give it to me, and I will hand it over to the resettlement department of demobilized military cadres in the resettlement place together with the supply relationship.
