What is the relationship between employment permit and social security?

The employment certificate is only a tool for the school to ensure the employment rate. This employment agreement is only a proof of your internship after graduation. The employment permit only proves whether you are employed or not, and it is related to receiving employment allowance after you lose your job. One way to participate in social security is to pay in the enterprise as an urban employee, and the other is to pay as a freelancer. You can pay without an employment permit, which has nothing to do with this.

Use of employment permit:

1. Urban workers who have changed from employment to unemployment need to register with the labor employment service agency with their ID card and the certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations with the unit as credentials.

Then fill in the Employment Registration Form of Workers in XX Province/municipality directly under the Central Government/autonomous region, and get the employment permit, and then the staff will make relevant records in the column of unemployment. In addition, unemployed people who enjoy unemployment insurance benefits need to apply for unemployment insurance money with employment certificates to the agency that accepts unemployment insurance business in the original unit.

2. Employers who have recruited urban and rural workers but have not gone through the employment filing procedures in the labor department should register with the labor employment service agency where the unit is located in time with the roster of newly hired personnel, and go through the employment permit and employment filing and other related procedures for the hired personnel.

3. After a job seeker is hired in any way, the employer shall go through the employment filing and social insurance formalities with the employment certificate of the hired person to the local labor and social security administrative department or its authorized employment service agency, and fill in the employment information of the hired person in the XX Employment Registration Form, and the staff will record it in the employment information column of the employment certificate.
