1. Scan the QR code below and follow the official account of Xinzhou People's Society WeChat.

2. Open the convenience service in the official account of Xinzhou People's Society WeChat → social security certification.

3. Start authentication, jump to the page of social security welfare qualification authentication, and start self-service authentication. There are two ways of self-certification.

(1) By scanning the ID card, the "name" and "ID number" on the ID card are automatically extracted by the "ID photo" function. When taking a photo of an ID card, you need to ensure that the edges and corners of the ID card are complete, the font is clear and the brightness is uniform, otherwise the system will not be able to identify the ID card information.

(2) Enter ID information directly: you can enter it directly in the fields of "Name" and "ID".

4. After confirming that the ID information in the input field is correct, click "Login" and the system will prompt "Certification staff information does not exist", which may be one of the following situations:

(1) The person corresponding to "name" and "ID number" is not a social security retiree within the jurisdiction of Shangrao City.

(2) "Name" or "ID number" is incorrect.

(3) The information of retirees in the social security information database is incorrect. If it is determined that the information of retirees in the social security information database is incorrect, please go to the certification points in Xinzhou District for certification, and change the basic information of retirees in the Social Security Bureau.

5. If the login is successful, you will be prompted to enter "commonly used mobile phone number" and click "Take a photo". At this time, you must take a picture of the retiree's face.

Requirements for photos:

(1) The face in the photo should not be too dark;

(3) The face in the photo should not be too small, preferably one third of the screen size.
