For insurance payment: rural residents and urban residents need to prepare household registration books and 1 recent bareheaded photos 1 inch, and register and pay insurance premiums at the social security service offices of towns and sub-district offices (the insured families pay insurance premiums every year 1 to1in the second half of 2008,

Payment standard: the first grade: the financing level is 100 yuan/person/year; The second stage: the financing level is 200 yuan/person year; And the primary and secondary governments give subsidies to urban and rural residents who participate in residents' medical insurance every year according to the per capita 80 yuan standard.

Time of treatment enjoyment: after the insured residents pay the personal insurance premium within the specified payment period, they will enjoy the medical treatment stipulated in the cooperative medical insurance for urban and rural residents from 1 in October to 1 in February of the following year (inpatients in different years will be reimbursed by different periods). Those who pay residents' medical insurance premiums in the second half of 2008 can enjoy medical insurance benefits from July 2008 1 day.
