Responsible for the management of the city's labor and social security information construction and statistical work;

Organize and promote scientific and technological research in the field of labor and social security, as well as the popularization and application of achievements, publicity, education and training;

To guide and coordinate the work of the labor and social security departments of all districts, counties and municipal bureaus (municipal enterprises).
