2. Then the down payment of newborn social security needs to be paid by the social security office in the local administrative service hall, and the staff of the social security bureau will issue a payment certificate;

3. Bring the proof of payment and the child's household registration book, one-inch photo with a white background to the local bank, and fill out the form to apply for a social security card;

4. Because the social security card takes a long time to make, if you need it urgently, you can first get a temporary social security card at the social security card processing information center in the administrative service hall. The aging period is three months, and you can replace it when it expires.
