The insured persons who are insured as freelancers and flexible employees may be exempted from reporting in the following two cases, which shall be uniformly adjusted by the agency:

(a) the original payment base is within the approved scope of the new annual payment base, and it is required to retain the original payment base;

How to declare the payment base:

(1) Online declaration

Employers (including individual industrial and commercial households) can enter the online social insurance declaration system through the "Online Social Insurance Declaration" button on the homepage of Ningbo Human Resources and Social Security Network, and then enter the company's login information (user name is company code and initial password is company tax number) to enter the system. Handling of the employer's failure to declare on time:

For employers and individuals who fail to declare the payment base within the time limit, the social insurance agency shall handle the settlement in accordance with the provisions of the Provisional Regulations on the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Fees, which is 1 10% of the insured's annual payment base.
