Upper limit of Shanghai social security remittance base
From April, 20 16, both rural and urban household registration have paid five social insurances: pension, medical care, unemployment, work injury and maternity insurance.
According to the minimum payment base of 3,563 yuan, the company pays 1 175.8 yuan per month, and the individual pays 374.438+0 yuan. They are:
Pension insurance company 20%(7 12.6 yuan) and individual 8%(285 yuan).
Medical insurance company 10%(356.3 yuan) and individual 2%(7 1.3 yuan)
Unemployment insurance company 1%(35.6 yuan) individual 0.5%( 17.8 yuan)
Industrial injury insurance company 1%(35.6 yuan) individuals do not pay.
Maternity insurance company 1%(35.6 yuan) individuals do not pay.
The housing accumulation fund is paid by the employee's monthly salary, with the unit paying 7% and the employee paying 7%.
