In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance on Adjusting the Basic Pension for Retirees in 2022 (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2022] No.27), combined with the actual situation of our city, the relevant matters concerning the adjustment of the basic pension for retirees in 2022 are hereby notified as follows:

I. Scope of adjustment

The basic old-age insurance for employees in this Municipality (including the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees and the basic old-age insurance for government agencies and institutions), and the basic old-age insurance for those who went through retirement procedures before 202 1 and February 3, 2022 (including retired people, the same below) will be adjusted from June 2022 1.

Second, the adjustment method

(1) 36 yuan per person per month.

(two) retirees according to the payment period (including deemed payment period, excluding the converted length of service, the same below) to adjust the basic pension. For retirees with payment years of 10 and above, the 3 yuan will be increased every month for each payment period of 1 year, and 0.25 yuan will be increased every month for those less than a whole year; For retirees whose payment period is less than 10 years (excluding retirees who change jobs due to land acquisition), 30 yuan will be increased per person per month; For retirees whose payment period is less than 15, 45 yuan will be increased per person per month.

(3) Retirees shall adjust the basic pension according to the following absolute amounts: before adjusting the basic pension according to the provisions of this notice, if the monthly pension is 6,250 yuan or less, each person will receive a monthly increase of 50 yuan; If the monthly pension is more than 6250 yuan, the 20 yuan will be increased per person per month.

Among them, if the monthly pension before the adjustment is more than 6250 yuan, the 20 yuan pension will be increased in absolute amount (excluding the adjustment amount increased according to paragraphs (1) and (2) of this article), and if it is less than 6300 yuan (6250+50), it will be replenished to 6300 yuan.

(four) according to the provisions of items (1), (2) and (3) of this article, the retired military cadres and former industrialists and businessmen who adjust the basic pension are lower than the adjusted basic pension level of enterprise retirees in our city, and make up to the average level.

(5) The old workers who took part in revolutionary work before the founding of the People's Republic of China enjoy the retirement fee of 0/00% of the original standard salary from July 7 to June 7, 937 by the former Ministry of Labor and Personnel. 1September 3, 945 to1September 30, 949, each person will be increased by 305 yuan per month.

(6) On the basis of increasing the basic pension in accordance with the above provisions, for retirees who reached the age of 65 or above the year before last, the basic pension shall be increased in accordance with the following standards: 202 1 12 3 1;

1. For those who are over 65 years old but under 70 years old, the 40 yuan will be increased every month; At least 70 years of age and under 75 years of age, 50 yuan will be increased per person per month; At least 75 years of age but under 80 years of age, 60 yuan will be increased per person per month; At least 80 years of age and above, 70 yuan will be increased per person per month.

2. For those who have paid for 30 years or more, the 5 yuan will be increased per person per month.

(seven) before the founding of the people's Republic of China to participate in the revolutionary work and enjoy the original standard wage 100% retirement fee, according to the provisions of items (5) and (6) of this article to increase the basic pension, should be used as the base of the annual issuance of two to three and a half months of living allowance. The increase shall be paid in full in one lump sum from the month of implementation of this notice.

Third, the source of funds.

The funds needed to adjust the basic old-age pension and participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees shall be paid from the basic old-age insurance fund for enterprise employees; Those who participate in the basic old-age insurance for staff of government agencies and institutions shall be paid from the basic old-age insurance fund of government agencies and institutions.

Four. Other issues
