Can the social security card still be used if it is blocked?

The social security card will affect its use after it is sealed. The social security seal refers to the seal stamped because the temporary payment cannot be continued or because of other work or study reasons. The original social security payment record is valid, and the social security relationship is valid. It only temporarily stops the security function, and can be unsealed and renewed later.
