I Article 6 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Social Insurance Registration stipulates that social insurance registration shall be subject to territorial management. If the payer has a branch in a different place, the branch shall generally apply for social insurance registration as an independent payer to the local social insurance agency.

2. If your company has a branch in Nanning, Guangxi, your employees have the right to ask the branch to handle social security related procedures locally.
