If the social security card is lost or stolen, it is suggested to call the consultation number 12333 to report the loss, or use the "Xiamen Social Security" mobile phone client and WeChat service number (micro signal xmsbzx) to report the loss (the medical expenses incurred within 5 working days after the counter accepts it will be reimbursed).

1) If the social security card is lost, stolen or damaged, it must be reported to the nearest social security center in time and replaced with the original ID card or household registration book;

2) If you entrust others to handle it, you need to bring the original ID card or household registration book (pass, home visit certificate and passport provided by non-local household registration personnel).
