Resigned, what if the unit owes social security?

When resigning, the unit owes social security as follows:

2. If the unit refuses to pay back, the employee can file an arbitration with the local labor arbitration institution with the relevant information that can prove that he works in the unit, and the litigation request is to ask the unit to pay back the social security for himself;

3. If the unit still refuses to pay after arbitration, it may request the local enforcement agency for compulsory execution.

Social security is social insurance, including industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance, old-age insurance and medical insurance. It is compulsory insurance that enterprises must pay to employees according to the labor law. This is a livelihood insurance, not for profit. Social insurance can provide the most basic insurance protection for employees. Social insurance is an important part of the social security system and occupies a core position in the whole social security system. In addition, social insurance is a contributory social security. The funds are mainly paid by employers and workers themselves, and the government finances give subsidies and bear the ultimate responsibility. However, workers can only enjoy the corresponding social insurance benefits if they fulfill their statutory payment obligations and meet the statutory conditions.

Conditions for personal insurance transfer:

1. The individual insured who has been transferred to the unit for employment and involved in repeated payment has been employed by the unit and gone through the employment filing formalities in the labor department, and the social insurance paid by the individual is duplicate with that paid by the employer;

To sum up, after resigning, our pension insurance will continue to be paid, in the name of individuals. Because if you don't pay a certain number of years, you won't get a pension after retirement.
