Social security unit account opening procedure

Legal analysis: the person in charge of the unit needs to download and fill in the registration form on the social security website where the enterprise is located, and then call the local social security bureau to inquire the counter to handle the required information (there will be differences in different regions). Generally, the following information is required: 1, the original and copy of the business license of the enterprise (three certificates in one or five certificates in one); 2. The original and photocopy of the bank account opening license; 3. The original and photocopy of the letter of intent for bank payment cooperation signed with the bank where the account is opened; 4. Copy of legal person ID card; 5. Enterprise information registration form; 6. Payment agreement of Beijing Social Insurance Bank; 7. Industrial and commercial information registration form; 8. Official seal.

Legal basis: Article 74 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): Social insurance agencies obtain data needed for social insurance work through business handling, statistics and investigation, and relevant units and individuals shall provide them in a timely and truthful manner.

The social insurance agency shall establish a file for the employer in a timely manner, completely and accurately record the social insurance data such as personnel's participation in social insurance and payment, and properly keep the original vouchers for registration and declaration and accounting vouchers for payment and settlement.

The social insurance agency shall timely, completely and accurately record the individual's personal rights and interests such as social insurance payment, employer's payment and social insurance benefits, and regularly send the personal rights and interests records to me free of charge.

Employers and individuals can inquire and check the records of payment and social insurance benefits from social insurance agencies free of charge, and ask social insurance agencies to provide social insurance consultation and other related services.
