New units in Beijing can handle social security for employees in the following ways:

The employer logs on to the Beijing social insurance online service platform through company users, enters the declaration module for the increase of transferred personnel, inputs the ID number and name of employees, handles the increase of employees, saves and submits it, and the system automatically feeds back the processing results and keeps relevant certification materials.

Two, bring the following information to the social security collection agency to apply for:

1, industrial and commercial registration certificate;

2. Tax registration certificate;

3. Organization code certificate;

4. Legal person ID card;
