Insured workers in Beijing can choose 4 designated medical institutions and 1 community health service stations. First, you don't have to choose a hospital (about 244 hospitals) where you can see a doctor directly:

(1) Class-III first-class hospital (19 hospital, which is the advanced hospital for medical insurance management selected by Beijing)

Third, the insured can go to any designated hospital in Beijing for emergency treatment (whether you choose this hospital or not, the emergency treatment here is not what you think of as "emergency treatment", but an emergency treatment recognized by the hospital).
