Three. qualifications

1. Have good political and professional qualities, good conduct, love and respect their jobs;

2. Employed as a civil servant (staff of fully funded institutions) for more than 3 years (deadline: 2065438+August 20071);

3. Having passed the annual assessment in the past 3 years (qualified) or above;

4. Have the working ability, professional conditions and work experience required by the publicly selected post (post);

9. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:

Fourth, the selection process.

(1) Announcement

Through the Bengbu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Network, Bengbu Personnel Network, Guzhen County People's Government Network, Guzhen County Pioneer Network, and Guzhen Publishing WeChat Group, the announcement of the selection was publicly released to the public.

(2) Registration and qualification examination

1. Registration method: Registration is by individual registration or organization recommendation. Each applicant is limited to one position (post) and must use the same valid resident ID card to register and take the exam.

2. Registration time: August 28th to 30th at 20 17 (8: 30am-165438+0: 30pm, 3: 00pm-5: 00pm).

3. Registration place: Guzhen County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (Hanxing Avenue, North City, Guzhen County, east of the second floor of Investment Building).

4. Relevant requirements: Bring my ID card, the original and photocopy of graduation certificate, 3 recent color photos with the same background 1 inch and the registration form when registering. (3) Examination

The examination is divided into written examination and interview.

The test scores are calculated according to the proportion of written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively.

(4) Organizing inspection.

According to the assessment results, each coordination unit determines the inspection object according to the proportion of the number of coordination plans 1: 1.5, and sets up an inspection team to conduct variance inspection. If the shape is disproportionately poor, with the consent of the county leading group for transferring work, an equal inspection can also be carried out. (6) Publicity

The candidates to be selected will be publicized in Guzhen County People's Government Network, Guzhen County Pioneer Network and their units, and the publicity time will be 5 working days.

(7) Mobilization

The transferred personnel will have a three-month probation period. If the probation period expires and the employer passes the examination, the relevant formalities shall be handled in accordance with the regulations.
