The business process of social insurance consists of four parts: registration, payment declaration, payment application and daily business. 1. If the items filled in the social insurance registration form are cancelled or changed, the payer shall go to the social security center to cancel or change the social insurance in time. Two. According to the Interim Measures for the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Fees in Hebei Province, the old-age insurance premiums and unemployment insurance premiums have been collected by the tax authorities since March 1 2002. The payer shall, within 3 days from the date of issuance of the social insurance registration certificate, go to the local taxation bureau of the Development Zone to register the payment of social insurance premiums. The payer shall submit the declaration form of old-age insurance premium and the declaration form of unemployment insurance premium to the social security center before the 3rd day of each month. The payment base shall not be less than 60% of the average monthly salary of employees in the province in the previous year, and the maximum shall not exceed 300% of the average monthly salary of employees in the province in the previous year. The social security center shall accept the application form immediately after receiving it, and affix the audit seal after it is verified to be correct. After the social security center has completed the audit, the payer should go to the development zone local tax to fulfill the payment procedures. The payment base of medical insurance is the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year, and the payment unit shall submit the "Approval Form for the Payment Base of Employees" in mid-March each year. If the wage income is higher than 300% of the average wage of employees in this city last year, the payment base will be approved by 300%, and the payment base will be approved by 60% if it is lower than 60%. The reported monthly salary will be used as the only payment base for the whole payment year (April of that year to March of the following year), which will remain unchanged throughout the year. If there are personnel changes in the payment unit, it is necessary to report the "Personnel Change Form" and the "Basic Medical Insurance Payment Declaration Form" before the 5th day of each month. If there is no personnel change, the payer need not declare. Maternity insurance premiums are collected once every quarter, and enterprises should declare maternity insurance premiums within 5 days at the beginning of each quarter. The payment base is the total wages of all employees of this enterprise in the last quarter. 3. Apply for old-age insurance: When the employees of the enterprise reach the legal retirement age, the social security administrator of the enterprise will go to the social security center to handle the retirement formalities with the old-age insurance manual and employee's personal files. For those who meet the requirements of receiving a monthly pension, the social security center will calculate their pension standards and issue pension cards, and retirees can receive a monthly pension at the local industrial and commercial bank. If the accumulated payment period is less than 15 years (including deemed payment period), the social security center will refund all its personal accounts. Unemployment insurance: the unemployed should apply for unemployment insurance at the social security center with their ID card, certificate of termination or rescission of the labor contract, unemployment registration and job search certificate within 60 days from the date of termination or rescission of the labor contract; Fill in the unemployment insurance application registration form, and review it within 10 days after it is accepted by the social security center. Those who meet the requirements will be told to receive unemployment insurance; those who do not meet the requirements will be given a written reply and told to enjoy medical insurance: part of the medical expenses paid for personal outpatient service, medicine purchase and hospitalization will be directly settled by the IC card of the personal account of medical insurance, and the excess will be paid by the insured in cash. Within three days of hospitalization, the patient's family members or clients will go to the social security center to register with the medical insurance card. Without registration, the social security center has the right to refuse to insure its medical expenses, except in special circumstances. Four. Daily business The daily business of the social security center includes the transfer of pension and unemployment insurance and the one-time settlement of pension insurance. Old-age insurance and unemployment insurance are coordinated at the provincial level, and only the insurance relationship is transferred within the scope of overall planning, not the fund. Regional overall planning is implemented for medical insurance. When the insured person moves out of the development zone, he only needs to re-register at the place where he moves in, and the account amount in the original IC card can continue to be used. When the old-age insurance relationship is transferred, the social security agency at the transfer place shall issue the old-age insurance relationship transfer form, the old-age insurance card and the employee's old-age insurance manual, all of which are indispensable as proof of the transfer and continuation of the old-age insurance relationship. Before the transfer, the social security center should review the endowment insurance manual, and the original unit should report its current payment roster.
